Gatekeeper
Time
The Gate Keeper is a 12 week commitment on Sunday morning or Wednesday night (total of 12 times)
Purpose
This person will be located at the check-in area of our children’s wing. The purpose of the Gate Keeper is to make sure check-in runs smoothly and enhance communication/safety.
Responsibility
The Gate Keeper will make sure our flags (rotate each week) are in their proper place. They will also assist parents as they are checking in their children.
Journeyman
Time
The Journeyman is a 12 week commitment on Sunday mornings or Wednesday nights (total of 12 times).
Purpose
The children travel to different workshops and you as the Journeyman stay with the same group to develop more of a nurturing relationship. They will have different teachers each week so the Journeyman will maintain consistency.
Responsibility
As the Journeyman you will have a short time (around 10 min) as the beginning of class to review/focus the children. Activities might include: review games, prayer, memory work, and singing.
Teacher
Time
The Teacher is a three week commitment on Sunday morning and Wednesday night (total of six times).
Purpose
Our children learn best through different learning styles and this rotation model provides our children the opportunity to learn in a way that connects to them and it provides our teachers the opportunity to teach specifically in a way they connect with.
Responsibility
Supplies/lessons will be provided and located in the classroom. The teacher will be responsible to prepare lessons and teach our children.
